Each student's file will contain student's academic progress record and evidence of diplomas issued
by this institution. Should a student need a copy of an official transcript, the first copy will be
provided at no charge. Subsequent copies are available upon payment of a fee of $15.00.
Transcripts will only be released to the student upon receipt of a written and signed request.
Transcripts will be issued in full when all until all tuition and other fees due the institution are paid
current. If partial payment has been made then a partial transcript will be provided that corresponds
on a pro rata basis to the amount of tuition or loan obligation the student has not paid.
