Contracts Facilitator
BACKGROUND:
Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts – a leading Bay Area healthcare educational institution offering an extensive variety of healthcare programs such as Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound Technology), Radiologic Technology, MRI Technology, Psychiatric Technician, Phlebotomy Technician. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill our “Contracts Facilitator” position. This is a full-time position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in sales or marketing is preferred
- Experience in medical/ pharmaceutical sales
- Must be enthusiastic, very structured, organized, self-starter
- Must be able to work well in team
- This position requires moderate level of traveling
- Excellent Internet and MS Office skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Excellent Phone & Communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finding and signing clinical affiliation contracts with patient care facilities (Hospitals, private clinics, medical offices, outpatient imaging facilities, medical laboratories, etc).
- Marketing of the Academy to healthcare community and patient care organizations.
- Organizing clinical facilities appreciation events.
- Work together with faculty members and programs officials in establishing new relationships with clinical facilities
- Facilitate clinical rotations of the students
- Perform functions of a liaison between Academy and Clinical facilities.
- To assist program directors and clinical coordinators in preparing, placing and rotating the students through the clinical facilities.
- Administrative assignments and paperwork preparation.
- Work together with the program directors in establishing a strategy to obtain and retain clinical facilities.
- Constant reports submission of the progress.
- Any other duties directly assigned by the immediate supervisor. |
